I know, I know.... not a sled forum. but it does directly relate to my K5 as the Sled and the Trailer are built solely to be trailered by my 73. these pics show the salt shield i'm building to prottect the sled. the shield is actually the very front panel of a chevy P/U bed, I thought it would transition well from truck to trailer to sled.
As soon as i can get a buddy to come help me move the rear of the K5 around i'll be putting the fire stick back to it. (any takers, central NY, that wanna work for beer and steak)

Slightly off-topic, I am convinced that spray paint cans breed like coat hangers. I have half-used cans of colors and textures I *know* I would not buy, so they can only exist because cans I *did* buy got busy in the back of the shed and had their illegitimate children there on the shelves.
