Is the 75' tub replaced?

Nice build by the way. You have done some really nice work on this truck:waytogo:

No, we took a truck roof and welded it to the windshield. It is too hot to be riding around with no cover here in the summer. Thanks it has been a long project for my first wheeler :D

took the truck out last Sunday and the front shaft pulled apart, so this week took it up to thr driveline shop and they were able to respline the front with 1"5/8 Ag spline. As well as add 5 more inches of slip :eek1:

forgot to get a picture with the front half of the skid back on.

Wheelin!

Have been out having a blast with the blazer and breakin it in! This is up at the High Lakes, my first time really wheeling.

We tested the winch as well since it was my first time using one. it worked great!

Went out again!

this is from 11/9, we had a blast and went with a group of 4. it performed great but found out the rad support needs to be clearanced a little more and a radio is on the list to do!

The first obsticle on the trail was squeeze point.

It was about a 30ft drop off the pass side of me.

The weekend before this I pitched the driver door into a rock pretty good. I popped the dent out as best we could with a football between the door and it worked pretty good

The Jimmy Made these trails really small but was pretty hard too

I think this is my favorite picture of the truck now. I got a new tailgate and now the rest of the truck needs to be painted as well. :D

It was a great trip and I'm feeling more comfortable each time I get behind the wheel of it. Some things I need to address are front inner fender wells, Not too sure yet but have some ideas for them right now.

How did you get in that spot :haha:

Glad to see you're enjoying the truck

Good to see you enjoying your truck, and thank you for your service to our country.

BTW, I've never seen someone convert a full vert into a solid roof before. Usually the other way around. :haha:

Dremu did it as well.

Not to be sacrilegious, but now that I have a full convertible. It's not that great.

Dear Lord please remove the demons from this dear man's heart. If he is too far gone then so be it but please give us a sign. If Martin is to far gone let him post lovingly about automatics.

Come up here and we can even squeeze your truck through these trails :thumb:

I cannot choose either way. I like the half top for the shade from the summer sun but the full vert would be sweet just for show. Being full vert though I didn't have a top to cover myself from the rain or sun.

Oh, I like it, but a half top with the top off and the windows down is pretty similar, but with a sun shade. Why do you think all the Jeep guys buy bikini tops.

Oh, and never fear, automatics will always be for women and children!

Martin

Plenty of half tops out there to hack.
Why ruin a full vert?
Running full topless at night can't be beat.
You can make a bikini or use a softtopper, not to mention making a half top out of the vert top if you really wanted to.
To each his own tho, just don't make good sense to me.

Oh Well.

Oh I would never make a full vert into a half top, but I wouldn't put as much emphasis on finding a full vert now as I would have a year ago.

good to know lol

I have had something that was a convertible for years. Really bugs me not having one now. The jimmy will be full vert soon enough though.

besides it's fun hearing about how awesome a body guy I am from the un knowledgeable

I fixed it for you. :thumb:

And I would think a bikini top on a full vert would be pretty cool, then you can take it off when you want to.
