Those are mounts from Auto World in Montana. For what you are doing you don't really need the quad mounts. The single mount per side would be fine. I run their mounts (not brackets--they didn't make them when I started my swap years ago). The mounts are fantastic!! They dampen engine vibration better than the factory mounts (from Dodge) that I shelled recently. I could not imagine a better engineered setup than what Auto World offers. Their website lacks a little pizzazz compared to others, but give Dawna a call at 406-727-8915 and she will tell you everything you want to know (and then some...) and answer questions about your conversion that you didn't even know you wanted to ask--real nice lady--she drives a Cummins powered dragster too!! This is their main page and this is the mounts page. Determining engine placement was one of the toughest things in my conversion because you have to think of EVERYTHING at that point. If you forget clearance for something, you're pulling it back out and re-doing your mounts. These guys have it all figured out. Turn wrenches and you're done.

No as mentioned you dont need quad mounts. I have a quad mounts set for cummins superduty from them already. Waiting

Luke, can you bring those up to Deans with ya....I'd like a first hand look at them!

also found these...259/pr...no isolation mounts, just the solid mounting plates?

I believe that style mount uses the factory Chevy rubber mounts on the frame.

Sure no prob.

Yep those use stock Chevy rubbers. Those are what my 12v in the white 98 Chevy crewcab used. Those are from Scott at Tennessee diesel conversions.

diggin that Dean! thanks!

have a feeling it will be a few days for a return email....I'll post it up!

need to get some BOM numbers off both axles for them to find out....guess that will be a few weeks.

To check interchangability of the D70 diffs. to see if the 3.54 Dodge diff will fit in my D70HD housing.

I've also been checking some pump info on these mods....Is there an electric or mechanical fuel pump supplying the P7100 pump?
If so, is a stock pump up to the mods of fuel plate movement, gov springs, star wheel adjustment...etc?

76 CrewCab Dually, known as BART...thinking we need to go Cummins now...????

Ah oh k. Gotcha. Ya I had 3.55s in my red dodge. I liked them.

There's a mechanical lift pump on them. And yes the stock ppump lift pump will support 500-600hp. Easily. As long as its in good shape, they do fail from time to time. Ppump likes round 40 psi transfer pressure.

my brother has worked on a bunch of 4-6bt's in construction stuff...he says the p pumps are dam durable, but every once in a while they send one in for a rebuild and calibration....this one is supposedly bone stock, no mods ever, and has 166K on it....

That's what they all say....... But if its true you are way ahead of the game. And yes they are damn durable. But they do wear out occasionally in high milers. Or fail from contamination or water.

There's breakout screws holding down the AFC housing from the factory. Of they're still there. Then it truly hasn't been tampered with. Lol.

I was checking that....4 removable, 1 break off....what have you used to get that one out?
Said maybe cut a slot in it, or drill and tap a torx in it and use a socket to get it out?

I'm still pretty iffy on the gov spring mod....looks like potential for sh!t to get foked up trying to install?

Note; In order to run 4k governor springs, a set of 60 psi HD valve springs should be installed to avoid the risk of valve float. Springs are available from us or any Cummins parts dealer.

BD Diesel P7100 4000 RPM Pump Governor Spring Kit

BD Diesel P7100 4000 RPM Pump Governor Spring Kit for 1994-1998 Dodge 5.9L 12V 1040185

All modifications must be done by a qualified pump technician otherwise damage could result, excessive heat/smoke could be generated and/or poor performance may occur.

Fuel Stop Plates
Commonly known as a “cam plate”, BD’s Fuel Stop Plate controls the rack travel, which affects the amount of fuel the Bosch 7100 fuel pump delivers. Six different ramp designs enable power gains from 30 to 150 hp and 70 to 300 lb.-ft. of torque. A calibrated boost tube orifice is included to improve turbo performance. Requires disassembly of fuel pump.

P7100 High RPM & Delivery Valve Kits
BD’s High RPM Mechanical Governor & Delivery Valve Kits can give you the power and torque you’ve been looking for. The High RPM Mechanical Governor Kit increases the Cummins engine speed to 3,000 or 4,000 rpm, reducing gear shifting and providing a new high in horsepower levels. The Delivery Valve Kit yields optimum pump output without replacing plungers and barrels. These kits replace key components in the P7100 Bosch pump on 1994-1998 Dodge-Cummins applications and as such are not for a home install! Only a qualified technician with P7100 training should perform this work, or send it to us and we can complete the modifications for you.
Installation of this kit requires 60lb exhaust valve springs if they haven't already been installed with an exhaust brake installation.

thoughts?

I have an ultra long drill bit that you stick down between the injection lines. And drill the head off it. Then you can remove the other screws And pull the cover. Then pull the screw out by hand. You can replace them all with some metric ones of your choice.

You don't have to put 60lb springs to do a 4gsk. It'll run fine. If it were going to get boosted hard or have an exhaust brake then ya sure. But for your scenario, no you don't need to.

Weighed the truck at a dairy farm close by and was pretty close to 6500 with very little fuel left in the tanks.
I've run them down almost empty so they will be easier to take off the truck
I am going to put a 50-99 gal tank int the bed for the diesel
The pic Is with me in the truck, so about 260 less than the scale weight

how much are they willing to pay you?

Not sure how that works???
The mechanic said they get used a lot so I don't know how accurate they are or how often they get calibrated but it give me a ballpark idea of how much it weighs
