At Kerts shop this weekend, making a frame boxing kit and some traction bars...

Got the Cummins fired again briefly, enough to purge the fuel system and get oil through the engine again!

Well. One year later...
What's happening with this noisy part?

It’s awaiting my arrival in the shop again...
Bringing home the new parts to start fabbing up the frame buildup, including the front of the engine drive system/fan/radiator....hopefully make it a driver by next year!

I'm interested in that traction bar setup.. I was contemplating a similar idea a while back but the geometry of a solid bar attached to a leaf setup sort of eluded me.

the front is mounted on a shackle or something so it can move so it is not a fixed point.

True for suspension articulation, but not necessary for a tow only vehicle though.
