Been looking for a set of Boggers for the truck for awhile. I wanted something 38-42" range. Had a set of 38.5x15x15's pop up on Facebook today. Two cut, two uncut. Two on 8lugs, two on 6lugs. Asking $1200. I messaged with a $900 offer saying I would need to find two more rims. They countered with 1k. Figured that was a decent price so I agreed. I haven't seen them in person yet, but the two uncut's look brand new. I have been looking for a few months and haven't run across a set that are worth the money. Most are usually all worn out in the center and have been grooved, or are posted than bought right away. I decided to jump on these, will sell my 44's.
Almost forgot that I picked an intake up for the 350. $60 got me a Holley Strip Dominator. It'll play nicely with the heads, may need some more cam though. Not the best for slow speed anything, but for full throttle mud runnin it should work.
Not really a fan of the blue...but it doesn't bother me enough to change it.
Straight shot down the runner into the chambers. It's just sitting on the heads, which is why the ports are offset. Need to pick up some bigger intake gaskets as the ones I have are a hair smaller than the ports.

I loved my boggers. Wish I still had them but oh well. Worn out TSL's will have to do for now.
Picked up my tires today. Need to track down two 8 lug 15" wheels. Preferably with 4" or 5" back spacing. Also need to break down one of the wheels to see how wide they are so I can match that as well.
He said the uncut ones only had a few runs through the pit on them. Still have the tits on them. The cut ones are in real good shape too. Only damage (if you can call it that, leading edge of the lug is rounded...not square/sharp) is from when he lent them to his brother for a month and he drove on pavement a few times with them. Why anyone would thing driving cut boggers on pavement is a good idea is beyond me.

I have 15/38.5-15" Boggers on my 1990 Blazer. They are mounted on 15"x8" wheels. Look similar to yours, so I would guess you have 8" or 10" wheels.

I talked to the guy I got them from yesterday. He said they were 10" wide. I already ordered two more from Summit, should be here tomorrow.
Lot going on in the past couple days.
Tuesday they started siding on the barn on the east side, wed they got the south side and front done. Finished up the north side today. Just waiting for a few pieces of trim to show up now. Floor is getting poured June 6th. Overhead doors will go in after that. Once that's done I'm on my own to wire finish out the inside.
Pulled the old 350 out last night and dropped the new(er) on in before calling it a day. Finished hooking up everthing and fired it up today. Sounds/runs awesome. Need to do a little fine tuning still. Have a little hicup on initial tip in. Also fixed the broken studs on the diff side of the D60, stuck some bolts in there.
New wheels came in from Summit. Love living only a few hours from them. Ordred at 6pm last night and were at my door by 2pm today....with their free shipping.

Went and looked at the "I" beam I'm getting for the barn today as well. Doesn't look like it will be very hard to remove from where it's currently at. Think I'll be able to get over there Saturday for that.

Nope. I plan on a couple ceiling fans for circulation. For the most part, the wind comes out of the west which is the way my doors face. So I'll get some of that air coming in. I didn't want any windows or openings other than the 3 I've got.

My barn faces the west as well. With the door up there is no circulation at all. Open the window and she cools off nice.

My current garage that I've worked out of the last 15 years faces west as well. No openings other than the overhead doors. I don't find it bad at all. A floor fan to get some air moving and I'm all right. I guess I lucked out with location.
30' deep, 36' wide, 14' wall, Two 10x10 doors.
The summers here aren't all that bad. If I find I need more circulation, I can cut a few windows in. It's still getting into the 30's at night. We only get a couple weeks of hot/humid weather.
Yah you will be fine. It just makes the world of difference for me. My dads barn faces west as well. He has one 18 foot slider no windows, no real air flow and his floor constantly sweats. Mine rarely does and when it does, I can crack the windows and get good ventilation through the ridge vent to dry it up in a few hrs.
My garage floor sweats some when it gets humid early in the year before the slab warms up. I've been told keeping some ceiling fans running helps with the problem.
I want to do in-floor heat, but that's a tough pill to swallow. With the insulation under the slab, the pex and boiler system. Even if I only did the insulation and pex right now that's a few more thousand to the budget. Then you have to figure in the cost of keeping the boiler (or whatever heat source I choose) running all winter. If I was to be out there all the time I may lean more that way, but for the couple days a week I may get out there in the winter I don't think it's worth it at this point. Still is tempting to insulate and place pex and just cap them for future use.
Did find out today that my floor guy made a mistake in telling me which day he was going to pour. Instead of June 6th, it will be May 30th...so next weekend.
Over the holiday weekend I plan on grinding my calipers to fit the 15's, tuning the new motor some and maybe start widening my trailer. All that is after I get the garage cleaned out. It desperately needs it. When we were working on the siding everything just got thrown in there....it's a mess.

I don't think you have to run it all winter, they use antifreeze of some nature in the system.

It's a Glycol mixture, and for some stupid reason it is less efficient at transferring heat than straight water. With radiant floor heat you really can't go out and crank up the thermostat and have heat. But keeping the floor at 45-50* makes it so much nicer to work.
Welded my "D" rings onto the car trailer. Have had them for a while and decided to do it while I had the trailer in the front yard. I've been just hooking the straps over the crossmember Was thinking about starting to widen it, but will wait until I have all of the steel I need.
Picked up my "I" beam this morning. Came out real easy with the saw-zall. Still need to figure out where I want it, or if I'm going to build a gantry crane out of it. Might be a while before I get around to it...but I wasn't going to turn it down for the price of free.
Tried dialing in the motor a little bit. It seems to like a lot of timing. Got rid of my stumble. Pulled it into the barn....just because I wanted to.
Yeah, I worked in a shop with floor heat. After a couple winters they added a forced air furnace, so when the doors were opened, it didn't take so long to warm back up.
