1/2 ton status
i got the rims sandblasted today at work well 2 of them. to my pleasant surprise they were pitted all over so some body work was needed to make them look presentable. i also primed the back and sides with acid metal etching primer. then i got to filling in the millions of pits. im just lucky they aren't roted away like the rest of the truck is lol

to nite it was an awesome show.
now i cant wait to hit the roads with my top off cranking sweet home Alabama 
now these are not show quality welds buy any means but they are quality and have good penetration nothing a grinder
or carpet cant fix after i welded everything together i primed it with rust-oleum primer to protect it from rusting thats how it looks as of now the next thing on the list is to put on the new rocker and floor pan then i can start all over again on the other side
