On your rear shackles jam nut is a must. Threads are not zero tolerance. You will wear the threads out. It might take a while to do but eventually the threads will fail. Jam nut will prevent any up and down movement.

So a jam nut is a must
Sounds good dude. Didn’t think about that side of things. Was more concerned with the body of the joint pivoting and maxing out the ball.

The copper kind is where it's at.

I use it to lube my leaf and shackle bushings. Works awesome. I am considering using it on u joints just to see what happens.
We have a can of the copper stuff at the boat shop that has to be from the 70s at the latest! I’ll try to remember to get a pic tomorrow. You have to mix it up every time you use it because it gets a really awesome green layer on top of it aftersitting for a couple days. I don’t know if I’d use it on your U-joints... can you imagine where that stuff will end up after one of them grenades? That stuff will be on the freakin moon!

Hopefully if it explodes a joint the goop will land right on some other stuff that needs antisiezed.

And that Roomba thing is hilarious, my daughter showed me that.
Well... EVERYTHING needs antiseize so that is a win in my book!

Fuel lines are done! Even fixed the brake line I killed the first day I tore into this thing. I learned something yesterday... when you remove an entire length of brake line from a CC and it drips for 6 months while it’s laying on the shop floor that DOES NOT mean all the fluid is out of it. Lol I took the blow nozzle to it and this happened.

I also built a bracket for my anti wrap bar. It’s not exactly the nicest looking thing I’ve built but it’ll work.
