I believe it's more important on how many fingers are on the flex plate as opposed to clutch material.

The full ceramic clutches wears faster and is really for high performance. Apparently slipping a lot can cause shuddering and premature wesr.

I know the flex plates with 3 or 6 fingers are a pia to slip. Theyre really made to grab and go. The one everyone raves about is the luk clutch, which I got off rockauto for about 80 bucks...still haven't tested it obviously.

I didn't mind this clutch when it was just a 2wd daily driver. I pulled some pretty good size gooseneck loads around 22k total weight truck and trailer and it seemed to be fine but that was with granny gear and 456's so it didn't take much slipping to get started. I did notice that when I dumped the clutch in 2nd gear screwin around it shuddered for a split second. Yeah the luk clutches are good for sure. Put a lot of those in for other people and most of them would stop in and tell me how great they were and how long they lasted. I guess if this one sucks it isn't a huge deal to slap in a new clutch in.

Beano..... White boy Bueno
I used to be white but now my son and I claim to be part mexican because we have learned how to handle my wife's enchiladas. First couple bites are ok but then it's like sticking your tongue on the gates of hell. Then the next day feels like a scene straight out of alien. I've caught myself speaking Spanish but I had to google what I was saying.

Haha!

I love some heat in my Mexican food but it has to be traditional Mexican, none of this chipotle crap. I grew up in a farming community, had to speak Spanish at the places we frequented.

Had her make a batch of chiladas for our Christmas parties when I was still mining and one year I'm sure that one of the guys would have kicked mi culo if he wasn't in so much pain. He was a mello guy, but that day... Not so much.

Yes. Same here. I didn't know real mexican food until we got together. I like chipotle BUT it's not mexican. I call it nacho food.

First time I went to NM with her I ate so much green chile my pee had a slightly warmer feel. Not green chile sauce but the fresh roasted stuff. I've been hooked ever since. We always plan our trips around harvest time so we can bring back a few bushels of green chile to roast.
