Mine 468 ran cooler than my 454 but I think the 468 has an aftermarket high flow water pump. It doesn't resemble a stock BBC pump and it's aluminum so I'm pretty sure it's not stock at least?I would have thought they ran hot. At least, for the purposes of this discussion (heat flowing through the engine compartment). Am I wrong?
