77 The Black Truck "Ratbag"

Cheep Like 200.oo/300.00 for the year or so.
It needs some wiring fixed for turn signals and brake lights... and a bunch of other small details, one of these days I`ll get around to fixing all the little things.

As long as you have an F plate who cares if the lights work :burnout:

private insurance. State Farm etc...
I got all my older vehicles (4 of them) insured with Grundy collector insurance...each one is a stated value we both agreed on. The Vette is 65K, the Maiden is 25K, the 76 CC is 7500, and the Jeepster is 4K (I think?)....the only one they wanted an appraisal on was the Vette.
I pay just over 1000$ a year for all 4 of them with the Vette being the majority of the bill because of its higher value. I also use authentic plates, one time fee of 35$ is good for as long as I own the vehicle.

Mine will need a inspection, I don't have a signed registration from the PO just a hand written recite from his grandpa, plus it is a c10 I swapped frames on to make it a 4x4.

Luke said before on here that all that would be no big deal...but really other than it would be fun to drive it to town once in a while I don't need to. Being a standard cab makes it kind of useless for us right now. So it is just a play toy. :haha:

Bit of fuel in that muffler when it fired...:weapon9:

Yeah! It was flooded the starter is still being a bitch and the battery went dead...Kris's dad was there with his Duramax so we just pulled it, I had my foot to the floor and it went boom! Never did start. We just pulled it to my house and I hooked the charger to it.
Then we went to Clive for a neer run.
I got it running when we got back... but it was just a touch louder than it was before! :doah: Lol!

perfect.....won't start, fok it make a neer run!

The single cab useless thing is why I traded the 78 for the crew! Not that single cabs are really useless. They are fun! But that realization is what lead me to the trade.

Dragged home a 79 c10 for parts today.
It was my neighbor buddy Dans. It's got a 350 four bolt main with somesort of cam and a 465 trans, hasn't ran in years.
