He did last I knew Dean, but how "built" it is I don't know...knowing Russell it prob has a Detroit and chromo shafts.....I agree with Rene', it should be fine for most wheeling, but I have seen the gov locks blowup on the street in them as well.

He said it is ready to come out just has to hook up the chain and lift it out.
