77 The Black Truck "Ratbag"

Actuall I haven't even started it since you went home Dave....need to get some more gas for it! :haha:

Thanks for posting that Luke! :thumb:

oh yeah, prob used 2.5gal going to do the burnout and back!

:D hard to not smile driving it now! :thumb:

I think I put close to 9 gallons in it after we got it running...yeah its on empty again.

That's why we took videos of it, don`t think I`ll drive it like that every time.

We don`t have gas on the farm so I got to go to Lacombe and buy it in jerry cans every time it needs some. Kind or a pain in the ass.

Still need to get a different font pinion yoke for the front diff, fix the brake lights, rework the trans tunnel install boots for the shift levers, and a few other little details and it should be good for the winter.

And different header gaskets ps side leaks...sounds crappy like that.

....NICE!

Can't you just get a fuel tank and have it delivered. Three gallon farm tanks are considered mostly worthless anymore around here and people just give them away.

Martin

Also . . . . . . . . . . why not just insure and plate it???

Martin

Not a bad idea. Dean has a buddy that can do the safety inspection...and insurance would be dirt cheap.

One of the first time running!

Click on the pic for noise! :thumb:

A sideways video Jesse took after some tailgate art was done with guns!

Thought we should open her up a little bit and light it on fire!

....NICE!

The after the burn out vid! Nice! :D

Just trying to get them all in one spot. Hope that worked.

We have some here on the farm that we don`t use anymore...my truck is the only thing that runs on gas at the farm so we don`t get gas delivered anymore.

Thinking about it, but till now it was so far off from being safe it wasn`t funny! :haha:

One problem being that it was a two wheel drive 77 with a 80 4x4 frame and I only have a sales recite hand written by the OPs Grandpa. :dunno:

I got another emblem in the dually grille! If you want it its yours!

done you should see it by Christmas....customs ya know!

Paper work is minor Deano.

First get a registery search on the cab vin. Make sure it's last known registration was Alberta. So you don't need an OOP.

Then Get anyone to write you up a bill of sale for that ViN that is actually on the cab. Get insurance with that bill of sale. Then go to registry with ins and bill of sale. Get plates. And your done.
