It was great to meet you!!

That was an incredible weekend in the dunes!!!

Your rig is as impressive up close as I expected from your build thread details.

I took plenty of pics of all the rigs that attended--to be uploaded later today.

thanks guys it was a great weekend...I was pretty ears open for things on Friday being the first time out with the FAST, I had my BIL with me, so help wasn't far away if needed, it just flat out hauled ass, I cant say it out performed the JET quad when it was working right (or the old fuel system at fault), but it never skipped a beat all weekend. I may need to fatten up the idle A/F ratio a bit still though, as sometimes it will surge like its lean still. Mike and John do you know what your idle, cruise, and WOT A/F ratios are?

I would have liked the hood ornament for awhile, she would have left me anyway, that's what I do to women I guess! She sure was willing to hop up on the hood though.
She was a couple rigs over from me on top of test hill, she just got out of her b/f's?? Expedition, and he was taking a couple pics of her with a t-shirt on, I asked her if she'd like to be in a calendar shoot, she said "YEAH" I said to climb up on the hood of the Maiden and lets get this done! She touched the hood, it was dam hot, so I said just take off your t-shirt and sit on that....no hesitation she was all over it!

I forgot the pic of the CC and the Maiden together...stay tuned!

"I wish I wouldn't have put a BBC in this".....I've said NEVER!

I'll check it out with the laptop connected to the system Dave, and let you know.

You don't notice the difference between EFI and a carburetor at peak performance, you notice it all the other times.....

Oldest trick in the book. Well played sir!

Just seemed like the obvious solution to me! :pimp:

So true Martin, in Moab I was constantly stalling, partially due to the fuel tank setup as well, but no more, Idle, WFO or anywhere in between its there!

The CC and the Maiden...a match made in heaven!

Looks like tons of fun!

about 7 of them I'd guess:D

my trailer is 3450, the Maiden I'm guessing 6-6500?, so I figure 10K min with tools, equip, spares, STUFF!
Does anyone have a guess on the CC...2WD/454/T400/D70...A/C, I'm thinking 5500-6K?

that puts me at 15K-16K GCWR.

Lookin good, Looks like the work all paid off and executed very clean.

Its working so much better than the carb'd fuel system did.

Nice lookin rigs, Zim!

Thanks, I gotta say I'm happy with it all.

Love it Dave!!! Glad the FAST EFI is working well for you. Bart looks great pulling the Maiden too:pimp: Sounds like a spiffy new cummins swap would really make it perfect. I know they mind when you make em work:waytogo:

If only to find a P pump engine in good condition at a decent price???

A good cummins would be pricy Dave. But at the amount of fuel saved going out to Moab a handful of times.... It would probably pay itself off.

You should talk to that Kevin guy you bought your seats from. That crew cab in his driveway has a cummins in it that he put in. And he said he has done a couple.

That guy always seems to get sick deals on stuff too. Told me he normally sells 60 fronts for like $600. That's unheard of around here.

That crew cab has to weigh more than that. Even being a 2wd I'd bet you're pushing 7000lbs at least. My K30 single cab with the 6.2L was over 6000lbs empty. You've got a crewcab, dually, with a big block.
