Well, that worked great, I got about 1/2" between all parts of the window frame now:

And a little more clearance towards the front, which will be advantageous for putting the top in place.

Eric, and Bryce, I'm glad you guys made those bars bow out like you did, they fit the sides pretty well by coming out from the B pillar/halo tubes.

I made this bar up today which will be the backbone of the overhead conglomeration of bars I have in mind. Eric and I come up with some extra overhead protection as the S&W kit was too short to provide any real protection for passengers.

Did I mention, I wouldn't buy this kit again????


First I had to make up a practice bar out of some conduit to see if I could come close to getting the bends right....that took a while, then a little here and a little there, got it zero'd in, and it turns out pretty decent I think.

That's one complicated tube! nice job getting so tight and clean... I'm hoping to install my S$W cage in the next few weeks your making me dread it... but I only have a single cab so hopefully it won't be to bad...
