'78 K10 Build

I haven't accomplished much. Been busy and I can only get so far when I run into needing certian bolts, gaskets, and such.

Soon as I get rid of the parts truck, I am going to start pulling the engine in the K10.
 
Looks good man.

You should pull the alternator apart and clean/paint it too. Just sayin it's a shame to go to all the trouble to have some parts lookin crusty.

Either way it looks great man. You will love the life it breathes into an old truck.
 
Yeah I thought about it. I will probably wipe it off, but I don't want to take it apart. Hell I don't even know if its good. Might end up with a new one anyways.
 
90 degrees or more. Pull off the pulley and bolt and look at the crankshaft.
 
Could've drove it at 6:30 when I got out to work on it tonight. Nick and Saathoff came over and we got it yanked out in a few hours.

We made great time. Glad we got it done. Now finish up the clutch and let's get the other motor in!
