Awesome all around!
So many reasons for heated seats i wouldnt have ever thought of really. Im looking now to find a set of seat warmers, one thing i hate about amazon is there is too much junk to sift through!Heated seats would be nice. When I get in the C10 on cold mornings I'm always surprised how much firmer the seat is. I usually have to let more slack out of the lap belt to get it latched.
Man that is no joke. Get in a cold vehicle and grab a toasty steering wheel. Life changing. You know what’s really epic… heated steering wheel!
No I don’t have one, kid does in his truck, life changing at -20 or colder.
Good thing for me our vehicles sit in the heated garage, his is outside.
I have the side vent pointed right at my hand on the steering wheel in the winter. If it's really cold, gotta have gloves on too. I could be wearing an uninsulated jacket and still want insulated gloves on.You know what’s really epic… heated steering wheel!

That is in excellent condition for the age and much better than I typically find.Once I stop buying stuff maybe I'll have money for seat warmers...

Found these locally. As hard as they are to find, I think people rolling around in a 73-75 on the island that needs door panels...., might be harder to find. Found these for 200 bucks. Not interested in the bags if anyone would want a set. Apparently they are hard to find in good shape?
The panels and inserts from LMC would be 850. Canadian...![]()
That makes me feel better about the purchase. I seem to be having a hard time coming to terms with the price hike in squarebody stuff, over the last 2-3 years.. I guess all the 60s to 71 Chevy's are all rotted or restored at this point and the trend is moving on to squares..That is in excellent condition for the age and much better than I typically find.
That shows up in every hobby. When a hobby is popular, they are popping up everywhere. When a hobby is niche market and unpopular, they are still there but in smaller quantity or not specializing in that one vehicle/brand. For some people, the sale of extra parts help fund their hobbies without breaking the household budget (this is where I land), others don't have a day job and only make a living dealing with hobbyists (like a friend of mine who sells new and used parts), and others just don't know what stuff is worth.Hard for me to reason with people who are in it for profit and not the love of them

The reality is, it doesn't matter what someone is asking for their parts. It will only sell if a buyer and seller agree on the price. If you don't like the asking price, make an offer and try to negotiate what is reasonable for yourself. If that doesn't work you can pony up, find another option, or live without it. A 4th option exists where a seller may lower the price later if no one wants to pay what they ask, but no guarantee you will see it first.
In this case, $200 for rare nice, original used parts that fit perfect vs $800 for questionable quality, aftermarket parts doesn't sound like a bad deal. Most of the greedy sellers try to ask as much if not more than reproduction prices for the nice used parts.
