I would also say you should pull the bumper in closer. Maybe just 1/2" from the sheet metal.
Yeah I think I have 2" of clearance and it sits below the sheet metal also so I will shorten my mounting brackets 1 1/2" and see how that looks.I would also say you should pull the bumper in closer. Maybe just 1/2" from the sheet metal.
Thanks. I'm not really into just throwing stuff on without first making it at least look somewhat good. These bumpers will end up being somewhat temporary. Gotta have them to get it registered but eventually I want tube bumpers and a 52" spring swap and a winch so I might go with a DIY4X A-bomb or something.I wasn't sure how I'd like the I-beam bumper at first. but it's starting to take shape and look good now!

Thanksonce you cut those side pieces down and cap the ends that'll look pretty good I think. I was dubious at first, but I can see where you're going with it now.![]()
I get to do that till 2pm on Saturday! LolThanksBumper matches the truck perfectly. I like how the I beam (H beam?) kind of resembles the center bar in the factory grill too
