83K5_blazer (she’s back!)

Rust repair and trying to un-f*ck everything the PO's had done.
A little more engine progress. I got it torn down enough and found out it’s only a 2 bolt main but I figure I’m not building a race car and for the power it will have, it shouldn’t be a problem.

And then my wife pointed out that since I don't have my shocks or all of my steering, I'm probably only 1/2 ho...
:doah:

I'm not sure that she was pleased, or ?

WHAT A TEASE!!!
No pic of truck getting worked on????

:haha::haha:
Hahahahaha!!! I hope I can get these jacks built and done tomorrow and then start pulling the old suspension off! I’m tired of this stuff sitting in the garage and my truck handling like shit!

Ok.. the lift is actually underway! After I got my jack stands built, I threw them up under it and started the disassembling. I took pictures for everyone! Haha!

This is how she will sit for the night until I can get back out here tomorrow and finish it up.

So far the stands I built are working perfectly!

I'm kind of sad the old shocks didn't stay on those things were cool.
Looking good, are you happy with it?
It handles so much better now!! Those Monroe’s were good for what I needed them for until I got the lift on. Now I just need to get the rear shackle flip completed.
