Cool! i was noticing your axle mounts are on top of the tube and bmxbryants are on bottom. I suppose its not much different.

Dang that's light. A comparable steel rope equipped winch of the same rating would weigh over 100 lbs. and it would probably have a shorter cable too. My Warn has 90' (I think) of 9/16" steel cable and it weighs about 90-95 lbs. but it's only rated for 10,500 lbs.
