not what I wanted to hear.Heim for the win, but is it me or did you weld the tab/bracket on upside down? The orientation you have it in would be if it were on top of the tube, not suspended like it is now, no? Was there some kind of clearance issue the other way?
I contemplated cutting it all off but I decided to cap it off with some flat steel and make it a conversation piece/reminder to pay attention.

I think I like the Welds better.
Why the 135* plug wires? Just curious. What are the other options I wonder.
