Hooked directly to manifold vacuum (port on manifold) it's stuck on the floor again. This is really starting to piss me off.
Found these answers on another thread, guy had similar problems with a fresh jeep build.
- booster to master cylinder rod is too long not allowing brake fluid to fill back to into reservoir fast enough. As the fluid heats up in the lines the brakes apply because the fluid cant go back to the reservoir.

Booster to Master cylinder rod too long? I'm pretty sure I threw out my older booster and MS to compare to the one that came with the MS/booster combo I bought.
Pedal booster rod was installed on the booster when I bought it.

Was just considering if the geometric setup from your pedal doesn't match the throw on the booster
Or maybe the prop valve is sticking/holding
Ever messed with the booster to master cylinder rod adjustment? That seems like a likely culprit
Rod appears to be non adjustable, at least without a grinder. Compared it to the other new booster and it's the same length and style
Found the old original booster for the truck and measured the pedal to booster shaft and the shaft stick out on the booster/MS and it's damn near identical. Give or take a 1/32" anyway. WTF
Only other thought is a bad wilwood Prop Valve. Maybe I'll call wilwood in the morning and see if they have any ideas.

You don't need brakes to push that rust bucket outside and take a broadside picture of it.

Checked and there's about a 1/16" of clearance.
its just weird that I was able to replace the booster and the issue went away long enough for me to go on a trip. Then later it came back again.
