Yeah if not needed them it's just extra hoses to blow.
Is there anything else installed upside down? Word of advice, the master cylinder should be mounted with the reservoir on top.....

This is going to be fun....
the rear's have bleeder ports on top and bottom, and I know those work good because I have skid marks on my driveway proving so. I'll pickup the new booster and turn in two cores I owe them, probably won't get a chance to install the new booster until tomorrow though. I'm also going to double check the rod clearance between the booster and MS again with some plado before I break more shit.
This all seems real weird... atleast the booster is easy to swap out.
I'm a pro at it, kinda scary how fast I can do it actually.
