I made it and just remembered I forgot to snag a pic for ya. It's basically a barbed 90 off the drain port and I tapped the cover for another nipple/barbed 90 combo. Add a piece of clear tube and a couple hose clamps. NWF sells a kit or you can buy their tapped billet cover if you don't want to DIY.

lowes. I bought some fancy super high temp hose from McMaster however it was to stiff to make the bend.

No, barbed brass fittings, clear hose and hose clamps. I use the the upper fitting to fill the case since its clocked flat.

Think it would it be a bit elaborate if instead of a 90 put a tee on the bottom for draining. In reality doesn't seem like it would need drained that often anyway.

I just spin the 90 and it drains out.

Is that drain plug 1/4NPT? I figure I'll drill and tap an 1/8" NPT hole in the bearing retainer plate.

I thought the 205 had a 1/2" NPT drain plug. I could be wrong. I tapped the cover 3/8" NPT.

Drove the truck because I needed a 10' ladder at work.

No I'm running gear oil in both cases.
