All packed up and about ready to hit the road. Yesterday I added a new zirc to the HAD front driveshaft that I broke off at some point. A while back I added two fire extinguishers behind the front seats with a pair of @Deuling mounts with quick releases. Also added a couple PRP bags to the tube doors for personal belongings, tire deflators, shades etc.

Every time I see it I love that removable steering wheel more and more. I want that but I'm afraid of having to re-do the wiring and giving up the OE sport style wheel.

I don’t miss all the slop in that OE column nor the ergonomics of it. Not having turn signals is kinda annoying but there are solutions for that.

Love the map, I have that same map/ trail book at home.

Had a great time on Fordyce trail with my co-dawg Dave and @bmxbryant9 and the rigs performed well without any issues. We ended up going in through committee early afternoon and headed down the trail right past the third water crossing to setup camp for the first night. The next morning we packed up and headed East up the trail through WH3, 4 and 5 and camped at Meadow Lake the second night. There was a couple pucker moments, I needed to winch up WH5 and I have a few new dents.
