That's a good time to call up friends to come help. Especially the ones that have never cut rivets off before and have no idea.....Well I have about 18 rivets to knock off in my future.

I wish that I could come help! They don't bother me much!Well I have about 18 rivets to knock off in my future.

Yeah me too. I cut a slice first. I have a janky old air hammer but it seems to work well enough. I just have to wait for the kids to get done with stupid online school. It makes too much background noise.I wish that I could come help! They don't bother me much!
You did call me crazy, maybe this is more proof.

My air hammer works well. I found out that I need to put one slice in the rivet head, otherwise it will shoot it across the garage.
Can't wait to see how fast this goes!

Can’t even work on my own shit in the middle of the day.Well, @Desert_K5 loaned me his air hammer and it blows mine out of the water. I blew off all 18 rivits about as fast as I could move around the truck.I wish that I could come help! They don't bother me much!

Well This is gonna take a little longer I think. Once I get the links sorted out, I can measure for shocks. Then once I have the money, I can order them, that usually takes 6-8 weeks. There’s plenty of other stuff to do though. I need to work on the rear half of my cage and tie it all into the frame via some sliders. Also need to design a skid plate setup too.Awesome! That's what I found with my Matco long barrel.
Now we need to start a timer for when you get this all done!

What did you use for the chisel in the air hammer?
A while back I picked up a quality air hammer myself hoping for similar results on rivets. I figured a good chisel for it would make a big difference too.
