Weld the bolts to the flange instead of studs?
I would, except all I have are 1/2-13 bolts. I want it to use the same size as my lugnuts so I have spares.
Sleeved and tabs doubled up. Looks like I’m going to have to use some c.a.d. to make some gussets. Haha.

See, you should’ve run the exhaust through the spare tire carrier and used that jet propulsion to keep the tire up
Haha, I actually did think about running it out the quarter panel like @skunked did, but obviously I’m not as cool. Actually lazy. Haha.
No biggie. I’m not sure if I’m going to cap it yet.
Final test run up the mountain before she gets the trailer tires put on tomorrow.
Just got home. What a great time and place. Big thanks to @ktmoutfront and @Bent77 for their hard work for putting on the event and the Watson family for the really good BBQ. Reserved the same cabin for next year before leaving.
how did the rig do? What broke?
Did great. Went up everything I was willing to try with little effort. Got a hole in my fuel line from tank to pump and started sucking air and losing prime. Also thrashed out the drivers side front shackle bushings.
