Swapped out my 2.5” shackle flip for the 4”. After removing the big block and adding the 40 on the back, she was a little saggy ass. Haha.

Ok guys, Should be mounting my psc ram soon. I know @skunked has one, maybe @the_blaze. I know there’s plenty more. Just looking for any tips, things you learned, big don’ts...thanks all.

Put the mount on the tie rod close to the end of the tie rod. If you bind it up and have it mounted in the middle you could bend the tie rod.
I don’t see an issue with it on the cover. Make sure you cycle it before you burn it in. If you’re using a clamp, burn that to the tie rod with a couple small beads so it doesn’t slip.
I have the full psc kit. Mounted to the diff. Seems fine. Also did the clamp with a weld on each side.
Bleed the system, then do it again.... then one more time for good measure.

Thanks. My tie rod and clamp won’t be here till Monday, so this is as far as I can go for now. See how it works out.
