I can totally respect the aspect of not cutting. Plus all the usable space you had in the back evaporates pretty quickly. Looks totally trick though and I can only imagine how it's going to soak up the rough stuff now.

Links and brackets are all burned in. Rev0 on the lower shock mounts doesn’t give me what I want so @Desert_K5 is going to cut me some longer ones
Plus side of that is I think I can use them for my swaybar axle brackets

That’s as far as I’m getting today. Shock and bumps are tacked in their hopeful location. If everything looks ok, I’ll work on limit straps next. Last will be swaybar then build gussets for lower shock mounts and bumps and swaybar. Still a lot to do but getting there.

Yes and yes. The front is caged and the rear will be.

Kind of. I’m using their upper mounts, although I highly modified them. And built some big frame plates to allow for cross connections and higher mounting. The lower “knuckle dragger” mounts are an extended version of what Chris sent me. They are 2.5”x 12” stroke.

I have 250lb 14” springs on there. It compressed them down 3”. That tells me each spring is seeing 750lbs. Now, if I want that 750lbs to compress 6” that gives me 125lbs. per inch. So a 250lb upper would give me that, but I want some preload so I believe I should order some 200lb. uppers. That would give me a primary rate of 111. Wrote a song about it. Like to hear it? Here it goes....
