84'K5 TBI'd on Tons

Got them all on. Runs and drives like a whole different truck. Much more road worthy. We all know how iroks do off-road so I am very happy! The wheels having no offset really set in to far. Since the rears are so far in I orderd 2" spacers. I'll see how it looks and maybe buy an 1" or 1.5" spacer for the front

I'll get better pics soon

The looks is just a plus. This thing drives 100xs better. Those hawgs were not meant to go over 40mph

I did put approximately 2500 airsoft beads in these so that would be the difference

Here's what I did...they are now bare aluminum but look so much better

I also drilled a 4 1/4 hole in the front caps but they don't quite fit

1. Started off with a harsh acid wash letting the acid sit for 30 min or more
2. Applied paint stripper to clean off what ever clear coat was left
3. 500grit on 3" DA
4. 800grit on 3" DA
5. 1000grit tri-zac 3" DA
6. 3000grit tir-zac 3" DA
7. buff/polish with 3' buffer

Got one good picture still no caps on the front tho

Went and tested out the new tires yesterday
