'86 Jimmy 4in Lift, 40’s, tons, 8.1 Swap- 700r4 said PNNNNN

This is not a dedicated trail rig, but does trailer to the destination usually. I am currently in the planning phase of doing a 52/56" spring swap, and getting back to being more road worthy.
Get some of this for your beads in the future. Works really good on corroded aluminum rims and rusty steel ones.
shopping

Yeah, we used that stuff at the tire shop I used to work for. The thing is, this wheel was clean. Not sure why it would be leaking out of the bead area.

Steering shaft is leaking on my steering box. Is that just a press in seal, or do I have to tear into the box?

Mark the location of the input nut and back it off with a punch or something. You can change the seal after that.
I watched a couple YouTube videos about Saginaw box rebuilds. Very helpful videos out there.

Vise grips spun right off and I don’t have a welder.

My brother suggested cut it off and order another one.

More out the box thinking... cut a notch in the bolt and then wedge an old screw driver in and wedge it up against the wheel hoop.
