'86 Jimmy 4in Lift, 40’s, tons, 8.1 Swap- 700r4 said PNNNNN

This is not a dedicated trail rig, but does trailer to the destination usually. I am currently in the planning phase of doing a 52/56" spring swap, and getting back to being more road worthy.
A daytime picture because I said I would, and because orange.

I spent a good hour or so getting all the toppings put on this pizza.

Rotated the engine to TDC and stabbed the dizzy.

I then started connecting heater hoses and running vacuum lines. Got an idea what I need to correct and where to run what lines to what ports. Too many “I’ll correct this later when I have time” moments and now they are getting done correctly.

What say the vacuum gurus on where to run stuff? I have 3 ports and 4 things that need vacuum.

1. MAP sensor
2. Vacuum advance
3. Brake booster
4. PCV

Locations:
1. Back of manifold. Was going to run the booster there.
2. Small port on front of throttle body. Was thinking MAP.
3. Large port on back of TB. For vacuum advance.

Any suggestions on where to run the PCV?

Hydroboost. Solves all sorts of problems.

Usually timing advance uses a ported vacuum source.
I believe that he means timed vacuum.
This means that there is no vacuum at idle, just when the throttle is opened.
Usually there is a large port on the front for PCV, manifold works good for the booster. The MAP sensor needs to see manifold vacuum.

I would have to test it. I wonder if the small one is timed, or direct to manifold, since it is so close to the blade.

I am going to guess that is timed. But I would still check it when running. I don't know anything about the TBI that you are using. It may tell you somewhere.
