hadn't started Sarge in 2 weeks of cold weather, rea

, I hadn't written it out before........so much for not doing much to it
All great ideas. You will love going to 63's, I always thought about a tube bed storage needs and I'll be doing 2 slide out storage drawers. In construction we always made these out of ply wood with locks. great build
the rig looks awesome, one of my favorites

I was quite impressed !!I have to say I also love my 63's on my Dodge. I've been tinkering some more with moving leafs in and out and right now I have a stock spring pack with a 2" AAL. Perfect to handle the weight of the truck and still ride/flex really well.
BTW whens the next trip? I need to get out before to long! The truck is pretty much ready, just need to get the rear driveshaft balanced.
Rick

Not much of an update, but I did replace the steering box, no drama, was a pain to bleed the air out , but no big deal.
As some of you may know its been snowing pretty good here, we have 8-10", and since we missed the last few snows.....Jacob and I "had" to go play

Oh and the pitbull rockers in the snow.......well.......they rockI was quite impressed !!

So it's been a little while since any updates
I haven't really had any time what so ever to touch the truck since the last trip, I did happen to have another box laying around so I'm going to swap some stuff around and get that fixed after the holidays. Still absolutely love the EFIhadn't started Sarge in 2 weeks of cold weather, rea
ched in, hit the key, fired right up, high idled then settled right down.......love love love the TBI swap
I do have some things in the works for this winter
1) softer rear springs.
I think I'm just going to fab up some front hangers for the springs, move the rears back to the original holes and slap in some 63's
2) Cage for the cab
This ones going to be a surprise, I've got a few ideas, we will see if I can pull it off
3) new/ better tool and spare part storage in the bed
Not sure where I'm headed yet, but my old toolbox and spare aren't cutting it
4) start working on the removable seating in the bed
Got a few ideas, something along the lines of the way a gooseneck hitch with a flip over ball works.
5) anti wrap bar
42's +soft long springs= I need one
6) re route exhaust due to #5
7) the final and "big one" a doubler
Considering my options, but I really want more low range then the 205 offers
Hmm, I'm going to be busy, I hadn't written it out before........so much for not doing much to it

Thank youshould be doing some updates in the next few weeks, hopefully in cab cage, more bed tube and some cool tool storage ideas I have
..........also I do have a locker for the front sitting on my bench, new front axle seals, and some much needed king pin springs, bushings and shims. Also have some H1 wheels on the way I will be re centering.
I actually just started driving it around recently, I have "street rod" tags on it. Being over 25years old and "substantially modified" from stock qualifies it, you are not allowed to DD something tagged that way, but you can get away with pretty much whatever
. I have a friend with a 78 F350 on 54" boggers who runs street rod tags

Craig was out several weeks ago heading to my place, and was stopped and forced to turn around ... LOL. No Ticket, but he was informed of how unsafe it was, and it wasn't to be on the road. Gotta love Harford County's Finest !!!

I guess my big tire / small lift setup doesn't bother them
