Ya, dont know if the windshield could come out
but I'll deal with that when need be....I've already found with wheeling this thing that top top edge of the cab likes to jump out and rub trees and rip off the rain gutter ...so the bar location should help and also take any tree branch shots before the windshield. I didn't want any added width so that was the driving decision to come up behind the fenders...plus if I decide to narrow the nose at any point with this design I will not have to change anything.
Aside from a few other smaller fab projects I have in my head and a doubler. ..im almost "done" with this build....everything works like I had hoped and the truck has and does anything I ask of it........hmmm.....maybe I can start thinking about the Cummins K5 again
