I’ll give the hose clamps a try. Good ideaget it balanced. Or you could put a hose clamp on one end or both and rotate them around until the vibration goes away or lessens
I have never heard of that, but I am new to driveshaft building.Does anybody still put ATF inside the driveshaft tube?
That’s interesting, never heard of that but I’ll bet it works. It’ll never rust out either!Basically you drill a hole in the tube, put some ATF in there and weld it shut. I suppose you could get fancy and use an NPT tap and plug. The concept is that the fluid dynamically balances the unit as it's spinning, much like running airsoft pellets or balancing beads in tires.
I've never tried it.
I would gladly purchase one!I have plenty of clusters.
