Made some polycarbonate windows. They didn’t turn out too bad considering the fact I cut them out with my 4” angle grinder. Plus for $80 a sheet I can make new ones when they get damaged.

I vote for sectioning it he did with the body.
I don’t think I have the welding skills for that
 
The body roll from the 52” front springs is surprisingly way less as well. I never would have guessed that would have changed.
 
How does the rear end feel with that shackle angle?
Nothing noticeable over stock. It’s not the greatest angle but it flexes well, so I’m not going to mess with it.

Got the rear “bumper” made two pieces of 1/4” 2” angle iron welded together with a weld on receiver tube. Hopefully it will be stout enough; it’s all I had laying around that was remotely usable.

If you saw the quality of work you’d say otherwise!
 
Added some gussets. I hooked this onto my car trailer this morning and it had more flex then I liked to see.
