87 K5 Build...Hmmm, whats that Ryoken up to? stay tuned...

tastes better than miller or sewers light.i cant stand corporate american beer.it just doesnt have any flavor.i do like me some molsons or heinekins once in a while, when i can afford them.lol.scudweiser is alright.

And just for good hijack measure, do elaberate.

I've certainly drank tons of Pabst over the yrs... far better than drinking a Coors Light, at least it's a real beer.

Im affraid that coors light is my beer of choice(for drinking more then about 7 in a row) if im just having a beer or two or three then i get few other choices like drop top, blue moon, red hook, etc. But what makes the pabst a real beer and the coors not? Just curious.

Coors Light is freakin water.. it's by far the most watered down beer ever..

at least when ya drink a six of Pabst, ya get a buzz..

Coors Light, Miller Light, and Bud Light are the holy triumvirate of god awful beers.

Gotta love this site! I learned something new this morning already! Had to look up the word "triumvirate". I'd never heard of it and now I'll probably never forget it.

even of those 3, the Coors is the most water-like by far... my bosses drink cases of Miller Lite, not a bad chugging beer... it's what they keep in the fridge for after work...

if I'm buying beer, it's usually Molson Ice...

just a note..... sorry guys, but I haven't touched the truck in a month... work has been really nuts.... tho hopefully on the 15th i'll be putting in a big parts order and getting back in the dungeon...

you need to find a way to summarize the main points of this build.

i've sat down and read cover to cover build threads in my day, but i'm not sure if i could devote an entire 40hour work week to reading almost 400 pages!

i'm sure its worth it from the few pichers i've seen but thats a lot of page clickin.

100 posts per page, that's what all the cool kids do.

In summary, he tore down his junk and is doing a killer insane, highly detailed customization and modification of the whole truck. Nothing is being left alone. Stock sucks.

:doah:
ok fine. still 40 pages, and now it takes longer to read each page. atleast before a page only took a lil while to digest thru. regardless, i still think i'm gonna have to do a front to back read here tonight or tomoro..

it's mostly valuable content... I blog it up a bit here and there, and some things just take forever, but I think most of the reading is pretty valuable with parts options, concepts and some play by play...

if ya want a pictorial play by play, the Gallery 2 link in my sig is the photobucket account... about 90% rig related.... and only 70 pages! :haha:

at some point in the next 6 months to a year, I'll come up with some summary type posts.. but it needs to be a bit further along....

I'm trying to gear up to go off on the rig again.. I haven't touched it in 5 weeks.. under plastic since before april 1st..

for those who remember, 5 weeks ago....

God, I hate boats...... :doah: :haha:

2 yard guys.. they do the hauling/launching, paint bottoms and wax hulls... oh, and rig the blowboat sticks...

then my 2 bosses.. they average 4 to 6 hrs of wrench-turning a day each..

and me... I do all battery work, outdrive installs and repairs, running gear work on the inboards (cutlass bearings, shafts, wheels, etc).. I commision most of em, which is getting everything working on the boat, toilets, ac, water, engines, gen, etc..

I'd guess I've done at least 25 merc V8 tune-ups the last month.. that's a lot of spark plugs! :haha:

throw in some emergency gelcoats repairs here and there too... I've been sleeping 10 hr nights 3, 4 nights a week.. come home, eat, CK5, couple beers, pass out at 7, wake up at midnight, ummmm, go back to sleep...

I'll be swamped till at least the 4th of july... even when ALL the boats are in the water, I've got 8 merc exhaust jobs to do...

 need to start investing in lottery tickets...

I've tried that, annoying to me, too long of a page, you can't scroll to the bottom right way because as the pictures load it keeps moving on you, too much darn scrolling. I ended up changing to 30 ppp, I feel like it's a good compromise.

I've thought of backing it off a bit from 100.. it's a bit much on the build threads.. I may go back to a 30 or 50 setting myself...
