Is it pretty much Stem to Stern repairs Paul?

I don't know dick about boats.
glad to hear its working out good for ya.
yup, way moreso than the last 5 yrs... corporate really tried to "departmentalize" everyone.... did very little glass/paint/gelwork there...
this basically is about a 7, 8 person gig, my 3 boss partners, couple yard guys, me and of course the trimly teen gas-pumping girls....

we only have about a 55', 60' capabilty.. definitely more 17 to 21's (outboards), and more blowboats (which I could do without), but still a good amount of 27 to 50' stuff.
and yeah, ummm, I do everything, from repowers and rebuilds, to electronics, outdrives, glasswork, hydraulics, diagnostics, trannys, air conditioning, running gear, etc, etc... nice to see someone wanna take advantage of that for a change...
the only things I really don't do, and mainly cuz I just feel the need to draw the line somewhere, are hauling and blocking the boats, tho I do help out... and running the boats, just something I'm not into...
it's just a much better, mom and pop approach... do your customers right, value for their dollar, etc, and it pays off with thriving business... not hammering people because the "pie charts" dictate it so all your customers hate you... reputation REALLY is everything...
and thanks man..

I knew it would be right, everyone told me is was destiny that I came here, but it still was a bad headtrip for awhile... I still find myself driving 15 miles out of my way after work to go do happy hr with my old crew a couple times a week...
