'87 S10 on K5 frame. 44's/tons/LSswap.

1987 S10 on 1985 K5 Blazer frame. 44 TSL's and 52/64 spring swap. Tons and 5.13 gears. Full hydro. 5.3 ls swap.
Any reason he didn't do a cross tube over the hood, and then an "eye brow" or something like that to connect the tube above the windshield too?
 
Just seems like if he would've done that, it would have stiffened it up that much more

We ran out of toooob. The main focus is to get it going and start working on the bugs. Then focus on the loose ends.

Ah, gotcha. totally understand that. They are never really done, and I guess that tube I mentioned is relatively easy to add later on too.

That thing looks mean! I was pondering 44” TSLs the other day. Then I saw the price and changed my mind really quick.
 
It sits in his driveway waiting for the day he has time to start working on it. Needs gears put in, drive shafts, and a few other things to get it running/moving. Then it would be on to working the bugs out and tweaking things. I'm just waiting for him to tired of it and trade me for my black and orange truck that he wants back.
