Went into work this weekend and replaced the trans mount. Had a problem with the front shaft hitting the cross member under load. Also put a few washers between the mount and trans to give it a little more room.

Also replaced the thermostat and gasket cause the housing was leaking. Someone before me had used one of those cheapo gaskets with the sticky backing and didn't pull of the backing. I've seen it a few times at the shop now on other cars. The truck runs really cool which is good but sucks in the winter cause I have no heat. Someone before me installed one of those stupid flex fans and I'm thinking that's why it won't warm up. So I'm looking for a factory clutch fan and possibly a serpentine setup if it's cheap.

I've been driving this everyday since Friday and it's still running fine so the oil pressure gauge must be bad or something. It's been going from way past 60, to 5, and back to 30 where it was, now.

I thought the truck was looking redneck so I pulled the tint off the side windows and took the windshield banner off. I think it looks better.

I liked the banner. But I live in suburbia, so looking a bit Red Neck is not the norm

I think it looks good either way. Wish you liked a stock bumper on it. I think it's cool it appears stock but lifted, yet pulls off what it does at the trails.

Not a fan of the roached out Fender look. Having said that, mine needs some trimming.

Think I am actually going to pull the outer skin off on the trailing edge and move the whole lip back 2.5"

Going to be a lot of work, but it will keep the factory contours

Nice Pic for the month of February in the CK5 calendar too!! :waytogo:

I'd probably try a bumper out if I come across a good one. I'd like a military one that I can paint black and use my grille guard.
