I gotta find my original rear driveshaft tube and get a picture of it... Can you say pretzel?
Looks good to me!I think I'm getting old or fatter or both, but this year the heat is really gettin to me. So I've been thinking about putting the tube doors on. I haven't used them for the last 2 years (was planning to sell them), but the last trail run we were driving down the trail with the doors open trying to evacuate the heat. When I first put them on I thought maybe the truck looked a little goofy without doors. What do you all think?

The other downside is the wind when running down the highway but we have to run with the windows rolled down anyway.
I really wish I could afford to do Vintage Air!
I've thought about that some. I haven't done a lot of searching about it, but the little bit I have read say that putting factory AC stuff in a truck that never had it doesn't work very well. But I haven't looked into why people are saying that. Can't you cob factory AC parts from parts trucks?

Thanks!Looks good to me!

Yeah, and I at least have a windshield......Its really rough running with tube doors, not.
I took a three hour trip to Idaho in January just like that.
Yeah, I'd have to take them off come October. With the K5, I would put them on in May and off after Blazer Bash. It's a little bit of a pain, but not too bad. Course it'll be more work with 4 doors.I think a crew with tube doors would look BAD ASS driving down the road. That looks way cool.
I keep thinking about them for my Blazer, but I need to ponder the ramifications of swapping back and forth, 'cause I can't leave them on all the time.
Sell me the front 2, half work and you can have some driveshaft moneyYeah, and I at least have a windshield......

I was thinking $400 for all 4, or the front pair for $400 and you get the 2 rears for free.Sell me the front 2, half work and you can have some driveshaft money
