I think it's time you move to 1410, but if you can't make your setup work with a single 1410, you'll need the 1410 cv.I have been contemplating this as well. That's what I did on my K5. How does it run at speed. My concern is snow runs where we're running a lot more wheel speed.
I also have a Tom woods offset ujoint for the front and I’m not sure when I started using those but they help a lot to prevent the yoke ears from binding.

Everything I've read says that you'd hate the offset ujoint. I looked into them because I had the same problem. I ended up installing a taller yoke from WFO instead:Horrible choice for high speed.
Links and coilovers time. MAW.yeah, leaf springs will move alot, and there's a good possibility you're binding it.

It seems to have provided the extra clearance I needed.
Sad but true.Breaking drive shafts and leaf springs are two of the reasons I stopped wheeling the Blazer. Once you go to big tires and double transfer cases the front axle just wraps until either the driveshaft or leaf springs break. Time for links!

I'm a little disappointed nobody seems to have gotten what I think is a pretty well crafted joke here. :PGonna start reading stories to kids in blue states?
The second shaft I broke at Blazer Bash shows heavy contact with the axle yoke. Both driveshafts show contact in the cv yokes so there's no doubt they are at their limit.
The 1350 CV isn't from HAD, but it does have high clearance work done to it. Is Jesse (HAD) even still doing driveshafts? He used to be a customer of mine.
