Here are pics of my firewall and glove box.
Now I need new battery cables for the truck and winch.

By the way, tell me you at least hooked up the + cable of your battery after the pic?![]()
My daughter took that pic while I was reinstalling the battery. Still gotta go have new cables made, the winch cables are way too short and the engine cables need to change as well.

I was about to do some stuff with the Dodge (level it, rear air bags and bigger tires) but I may need to redirect that money towards the K5 motor. We'll see...

. swapped it out now its all better; hope you dont have to go that far
Just a frustration update...
#2) This is the second motor the roller rockers have been on and they are showing wear. Looks like it'll always have some chatter until I replace them (kinda sounds like an injector click).
#3) The truck has no power, this is a 454 w/ 5.86 gears it should feel a little peppy even if it's not a wild motor. To get it where it starts and runs decent the timing mark is way off the scale, it appears the balancer may have slipped (it also wobbles a little). I have a new balancer on the shelf so I'll be swapping it on soon.
#4) It still has a noise deeper in somewhere. Maybe a light wrist pin tap. great.
