I got a 1956 Case VAC. Even though the factory that built that model closed in 1955 there were employee rewards for sticking it out until the plant was closed down.
The last run of tractors were all built by the employees for themselves.
Mine has a hydraulic pump that is timing gear driven, a flat belt drive, a live PTO, a three point Eagle Hitch, a draw bar (22.5 hp!) and a 4-speed. The only thing I wish it had was a differential lock.
I converted it to 12 volt and just turned up the field adjustment ... on the outside of the regulator, and did a wheel repair where the chromate ate the rim away. It has 24" rears, 15" fronts and a rubber torsional driver's seat.
The lights all work, including the dual red/white rear lamp. These in working condition are getting rare. There are Chinese replicas, but mine is OE.
It starts instantly and I use it for a lot of work around my acreage.
Let's see if I can post a pic here......nope! I'll get a link instead!

Here I'm driving it in our local Ravalli County Fair..... I think last year, but I didn't take the picture:

Here's the staging area for the parade..... I've got my spring tiller on it here:

Here I'm using the flat belt drive to run a bailer at the County Fair's tractor and antique machinery exhibit:

When it's not busy, I park it on my front lawn......."I'm ART" sign on it:

That way the neighborhood thinks it's lawn art!
Right now I'm working on my M.O.A.L. (MOTHER OF ALL LAWNMOWERS) with a Vortex 4.3 running the blade deck, to be (natch!)....towed by my Case.
