Here are a few more designs. I'm going to develop a catalog with more choices. The sales of the wrap portion will work directly through BigHorn Graphics. Custom designs are available too.

Badass. My blazer is just coming out of hibernation (freaking work...). This looks like a fun winter project...

Those wraps are night and day difference from the bare dashes.

They look killer! Good work

price on a wrap ?

and how much prep to install one ?
The wrap is made with high performance 3M vinyl. The ink is UV stable and a laminate overlay is applied over the print. You can get a gloss, semi-gloss, or matte finish. The material will cost $140 (includes shipping CONUS) for stock graphics. Additional design cost for custom work will depend on the amount of time necessary to create it.

The surface needs to be much like you need for a paint finish. You don't want dirt and debris present; same goes for chemicals like wax and grease. We wipe down surfaces with isopropyl alcohol or prep-sol. A good rub down with a Scotch-Brite pad will help with adhesion just make sure to do a final wipe down with water and a little mild detergent and then a clean rinse. The wrap will conform well enough that surface imperfections will be apparent. Surface temperature needs to be above 50 degrees F.

I've had several customers install their own wraps on vehicles. The best thing to do is search out YouTube videos on "vehicle wrap install" or similar terms. If you are careful and patient you can do this yourself. The 3M film we use is more forgiving than you'd believe.

We will also install the dash wraps. On new orders Kert and I can work out the shipping details.

Oh my gawd those dashes looks awesome!! And scott, your dash looks badass! I'm thinking I need one with the camo diamond plate :D

MrK5...sorry bud...its been years and i have forgotten your first name...my bad.
Couple of questions. I see your HVAC controls are mounted lower on the dash. Cable and vacum harness wise...how did that work out? The 79 is going to be scrapped...she has seen better days so i bought a nice garaged 90 Jimmy out of Leadville as the new project. Love the wraps...although i wouldn't tackle the install with a 10 ft pole...last time i dealt with big decals was when carls jr. hit the 50th year and i had to do an entire fleets worth...

Kurt, has anyone come up with a place to mount a a fuse box let's say next to the glove box area. maybe makeing the door a little bigger to allow access to it?

Hey Scott, are these wraps a one piece thing or does it come in sections? They look awesome :thumb:

there have been a few pictures of what you're describing, but normally not with a door. Wouldn't be hard to customize the dash. Kert did up a switch panel for me. You could probably do a door on that side like a gull wing, hinged in the center and fixed at the dash. :waytogo:

The wraps are bad ass indeed. My rig is of the American flag theme. I may have to have you guys design one for my custom dash if you would do that for me??

Sorry I missed this.

Haven't actually been asked for this as of yet. Really shouldn't be to hard to come up with something though.

Not much room in the space you're talking about. I think I'd rather squeeze something in, in front of your right knee. That's pretty open territory. Could make a removable panel or better yet, a hinged panel. Could even do it with the fuse block mounted to the panel. Lot of wires to bend down and out so may or may not be easier....

Mrk5 does the wrap work. I'm bettin' he could do something for you. Still want him to wrap my blazer dash.
