The seat base angle seems really high. Is it the photo? These are actually going to work way better than expected and I won’t have to drill any holes

I had to make them this high because the driver seat carries over the hump. They are a a couple inches higher than stock. Still really comfortable though. The seat base angle seems really high. Is it the photo?
I like the idea.Haven't had any luck tracking down a truck tailgate. Not buying new.
I am almost considering taking Burban barn doors and cutting the windows out and mounting to the rear of the K5. Think it would be really cool and would give the doors on the rear the action I want. What do you think?
This is my plan. Albeit a very long term one.Haven't had any luck tracking down a truck tailgate. Not buying new.

If they crack at or near the center it’s almost impossible to see until the trans is out of the way.Well, started the truck today and I hear a ticking sound. Sounds like a broken flex plate. Inspect the flex plate and don’t see any cracks. Made sure bolts were tight.
Sound only happens in P and Driven Gears. No sound in Neutral.
Stuck a flash light up in the tranny on the flex plate and I can’t see a crack. Bumped the engine over. Inspected it. Nothing.
I noticed some slight teeth marks. On the flex plate from the starter.
Started the truck and inspected the flex plate and torque converter while running in park. The sound is definitely coming from that area. Starter was properly disengaged.
Me thinks I need a new flex plate.
