Back In the Saddle Again

Sucks you had to pull it back apart, but at least it was an easy fix.
Yeah I was talking with Andrew at long range gear and he said a lot of people do that and it’s real easy to do lol.

I shifted it on the bench before sealing the top but forgot to run through the gears after sealing it up. All good now though ha

Yeah getting off the line is a bit finicky. Just need to find the right spot. I’m really not used to the hydro clutches. I’m certain I prefer the mechanical clutches because you can actually feel the clutch. I just need to get used to it I guess. I’d rather have a mechanical set up though for sure.

I might have one of those if you really want it.
I am just designing a cable system for mine, mechanical but will not bind when twisted up off road

It moves great in first gear don’t even have to hit the pedal. Starting off in second it’s tough to find the smooth spot but it’s there I just need the muscle memory.

I start out in first in the burb and the k5.
Its a pretty quick shift to second in the burb with the smaller tires, but the k5 needs it.

Maybe that’s the ticket because it starts out great in first it just doesn’t move fast lol

If i’m rolling with any momentum at all, say like a california stop, second is my gear.
