Ok cool. Just wanted to make sure.
Got my permit today, I ordered it Wednesday night.
Got mine also. Must of ordered right after you - 030091
Less than 24hrs and we’ll be on our way to Moab for the very first time.
Arrived about 730pm MT last night, 2,033 miles later.
Awesome! How’d she run?
For a just-finished-barely-tested rig, pretty darned good. No issues at all aside from a weepy 205 tail shaft seal.
How much gas, ??? Or do we really want to know .....
Dang man, Jacksonville Fl, that's a ride!
I wasn’t really keeping track of how many times I fueled up, but I averaged about 13 miles per gallon.
It sure was.
I thought my 1720 was bad.
I think he gets the long distance award for this year. That's one hell of a haul on a just completed build.
Bravo! Have fun on the rocks!
I'm not sure why your truck is painted that way, but I like it.
My truck got attacked by the ugly bomb, lol. It’s a long multi-part story. Haha.
by count of the number of empty additive containers, I’ve fueled up 4 full times on this trip so far.
I respect the hell out of you guys that drive your wheeler that far. I’m too scared, haha.
I was just wondering how you were doing. Glad you made it. I have extra 205 seals if you want me to bring 1.
I was scared too, but I didn’t have a choice, lol.
I brought a couple extra with me. I wouldn’t mind getting a new seal in, if someone wants to lend a hand. I have a torque wrench, but nothing to pull the yoke out.
The yoke “should” just pull out, but I did toss a 2 jaw puller in my tool kit.
Never needed any puller on tcase yokes.
If it had been a while or someone put silicone I had to tap a couple of times
That is awesome you were able to make it from so far away.
