BENDER stays in hibernation with me

I moved it one more forward. It is not the furthest forward, the hole before the furthest forward.
No, it wont hit the body mount
If I move the leaves forward, I'll need to the axle back 1" with the block. Just takes messing with them again I suppose. Right now, the draglink is perfectly 90* of the frame rails.

Measuring for lower shock tab height, bumpstops, and driveshaft length. :D
Got 38.5" of tire lift just as the back tire got light. IIRC had 3.25" of DS stroke between lifting driver side vs passenger. There is a difference of 15.5" between the driver and passenger shock lengths in this picture. My shocks are only 14" travel, so I will be fudging the uptravel some. Plus I think I'm going to 40s, so I gotta try to keep them out of the sheetmetal. When I lifted the passenger side about the same height, my draglink was maybe 3/16 from the frame with wheels straight. I will need to limit uptravel a little more on that side so it doesn't make contact when turning passenger. From the bottom of the brakeline bracket, to the top of the spring plate was 6".

Interesting
I guess I can see the axle staying a little more centered under the rig. It tends to shift some when pick it up. I know there is more droop than what I got here, but I only have so much shock stroke.

The question now is, do I struggle to get a hold of the forklift guy again? He's so deaf, he doesnt hear his phone even when sitting on a table in front of him. Lol

So I missed BB17, first time in 4 years. :(
Went to Pismo beach from Los Angeles, spent few days there. Headed for Bakersfield and then on to Moab. Before Bakersfield I lost a trailer tire (4 hour wait), an hour later on the road I lost the trans in the tow rig. All rentals in the area were taken. Drive wrong way 2 hours for the closest rental or 5 hours to Vegas in a hot truck, through the desert. Said screw it, bought a drop for the blazer and spent another 3 days in 73* Pismo beach. (Uhaul wouldn't let me drop the trailer off)

Rented a 250 ATV for the missus and I drove the truck around.
First time shes ever been on one. I think she's hooked. I drove the ATV for a little bit and she took the Blazer around.
She told me everyone was giving her thumbs up and "rock n roll" signs while driving the blazer. (whatever those are called, devil horns?) I never get those LMFAO. She wasn't sure why. Told her "come on.... cute asian girl driving crazy doorless truck. It's never seen" hahahaha

After coming back to Pismo, we rented 2 ATVs for the next day really saw more of the beach. I know it well, but the goal was to get here more confident on a quad. I might start looking for a 250ex.

So there has been a few things on my list to do. I tried getting them done sooner but really didn't have it finished till about 2 weeks away from BB.

Get a Bluetooth amp and speakers wired up
Antiwrap bar
Flip 56s around and gain 4" wheelbase
Move old front 14" travel shocks to rear and go up through the bed.
The upper shock mounts and new axle position is where things need to be for link setup in the future
Tie cage to A and B pillars
Fix front shock mounts. Also running new Bilstein 7100 reservoir shocks with the slower valving. Wish my rears had the slower valving.
Get exhaust out from under the truck and to the side
