BENDER stays in hibernation with me

Agreed with Eric, the thing flat works! So well I would want to part numbers if I was building a k5.

Thanks for letting me ride Co pilot most of the trip really enjoyed myself.

Wow guys, I thuroughly enjoy and love my truck but I'm a bit bias as to which is my favorite :D Appreciate the kind words. I've been lacking in the video department last several outings. Wish I had a camera crew following me around otherwise I miss so much.

Feel bad for my B450R youtube subscribers LOL

Where's Bender? :D

Managed to go somewhere no one else had been in years probably.

Nice! looks like fun...I remember wheeling lol!

I'm hoping to make it down to koh...will you be there? what do you think about doing the dusy ershim trail next? I think it's about the closest mid pint for us...

Sooooo

I've got these ORD 52s kicking around in my garage. What should I do with them? Install? Probably
I've also got some new frame eye mounts and 6" shackles coming too. I already have the A-bomb center with B52 mounts.
I plan to re-use my zero rates to keep the height in front correct, and to double as my angle shim. I'm hoping the angle stays the same otherwise I'll have to cut a new angle into my spare zero rates. As a bonus, I can move my axle back a little from where the springs want to put it.

However, I'm really just guessing at all this. I bought the frame eye mounts because I knew going to a larger bushing would be best and if I had to move the mount some, I could. I'm sure my 14" front shocks wont be long enough anymore and my brakelines might not be either, not sure. But the front shocks can move into the back where the current 12" stroke shocks aren't long enough already.

I have another set of 56s for the rear that already have new bushings. I plan to run them backwards, moving the rear axle back ~4". I can still bring it forward a little with the zero rates.

my head is swimming with this stuff
I hope it doesn't ruin the truck. It's such a blast to drive on the street and super stable that I'm worried a little, honestly.

Lastly I need to pull the radiator. It started leaking and I didn't notice it until the last day of BB, at the start of Pritchette lol. Yep, leaking coolant at the start of the hardest trail LMFAO. Gotta fix that and while it's out it needs a bung welded on for the water bypass hose. I don't like running the hose from the intake back to the water pump, I'd rather it go back to the radiator or Summit heater in the future.

Also need to get some tie-ins between the cage and body, mainly the window frame and door jams. It moves a lot and makes horrible noises when rubbing :(

I have 14" bilsteins with no issues on the 52s. I've got some long azz brake lines. Measure those out and call Chris at ORD

Well, I currently run their longest advertised brake lines, I think 12" lift. We shall see :D
I've got a friend coming over Thursday to help. I'm so lazy and no enthusiasm to work on it myself lol
