It's hard to imagine it only has 12K miles on it with all the add-on wiring and brake controller. I rarely drive my crew cab and it still ends up with 4k a year on it.

My 73 C10 has the same brake controller, but I haven't ever tried it out.

So far the only thing I've done is do all the clearing of rat nest wires an washing down years of build up dirt and grim.
new battery
oil change
plans are to replace the radiator (to much build up gunk)
plugs and replace ball joints.
an see were it goes from there.
